We love Twitter. It’s a platform where those who are in the public spotlight appear human, and at times downright childish – look no further than our toddler-in-chief. They humanize themselves and make fools of themselves and we eat it up. Sarah Huckabee Sanders learned today that the Internet is forever and some posts do not age well. Cue the sad trombone.
Twitter user HawaiiDeliliah found a very relevant tweet made by Huckabee-Sanders in November of 2016.
And yes, the Internet is forever. pic.twitter.com/I28G8v6AmB

Oh! What was that, Sarah? I’m fairly certain that your exalted boss has been doing just that – along with blaming the DOJ, the media, the British, and anyone who finds fault in any of his actions. Can we say, “Losing bigly?” I sure can.

Another Twitter user jumped in just to show HOW permanent the Internet is:
Yeah, it sure is… pic.twitter.com/Spz7RwUo7h

Oh, really, Sarah? But now Flynn isn’t competent at all. He lied to the FBI, with his boss’s knowledge. Other users just wanted to commiserate and complain about Trump’s official liar.
I’m constantly stunned by how many people don’t realise that. Once it’s on the internet, it’s done. There permanently. You’re NEVER getting it back…..

Oh my goodness that didn’t age well did it?

And of course whenever SHS says “you’re,” she means “all you little people to whom the rules apply, but certainly not US.”

My mom always told me never put something in writing you wouldn’t want anyone else to see. Looks like this practice has been ignored by this White House.

That is solid advice from dear, old Ma. Like Obama said, “Think before you tweet!” We realize that this is harder for some. Good luck with that.
