Trump Asked CIA Official Why Drone Didn’t Kill Target’s Family

During the presidential election, Donald Trump told Fox & Friends that he believes the U.S. military should murder innocent people while hunting terrorists. Now, he seems to be stuck on this idea once again.

In December 2015, Trump told the hosts of his favorite propaganda show that killing the families of terrorists is the only way to win the war against ISIS:

The other thing with the terrorists is you have to take out their families, when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families. They care about their lives, don’t kid yourself. When they say they don’t care about their lives, you have to take out their families.

The comments were unbelievably ignorant and this week, a new report revealed that Trump has not let the idea go. According to the Washington Post, the president reportedly asked a CIA official why the agency did not kill a target’s family during a drone strike. Trump was watching a video of a strike in Syria where officials waited until the target’s family was outside of the house before they struck.

The source claimed an “unimpressed” Trump listened as the head of the drone program explained that the agency had a policy of limiting casualties.

This entire conversation is more proof that Trump has no business being president of the United States. Our country’s drone policy is fucked up enough without the man-baby in the White House purposely killing women and children to soothe his desire to look strong. It’s so unbelievably disgusting that he still doesn’t seem to understand how screwed up that is.

What’s worse is that the “pro-life” right-wing would probably dance in the streets if their president ordered our military to kill innocents. After all, they did elect him AFTER he suggested it the first time. Assholes.
